Soju & Sake Fizz

Ingredients: 

1 oz Soju
1 oz Sake
1 tsp Lemon
1 tbsp Mint, minced
t tbsp Ginger syrup*
Club Soda or Ginger Ale, to taste

 

  1. Combine over ice
  2. Add club soda or ginger ale

* For ginger syrup, boil minced ginger, water, and sugar.
