Roasted Chicken Breast

Ingredients: 

Whole bone in chicken breast
Thyme
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Heat cast iron pan over medium high heat. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil.
3. Season chicken to taste. Add to pan skin side down and cook for 4 mins.
5. Turn chicken over, remove from heat, and place in oven for 15 to 20 mins. Don't forget to turn off stove. Chicken is done when punctured, and juice runs clear.
