Gluten-Free Blueberry Oats & Honey Bowl

I've been inspired to experiment with my diet, to find the one that gives me the most energy. This week I'm trying to be gluten and lactose free...which requires a lot of creativity. Here is a yummy breakfast I pulled together with some ingredients I had on hand in my kitchen.

  1. I used frozen blueberries, so i thawed them in a bowl in the microwave on 50% power for about 30 seconds
  2. Crumble into the bowl your Oats'n'Honey bar which is remarkably gluten free
  3. Add rice milk
