Ingredients:

1 lb London Broil (I get the butcher at the grocery store to cut it into strips for me)
1/4-1/2 c lime juice (lemon works too but I thought the lime tasted better)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Mix the lime, sugar, salt til dissolved. Add the meat and coat each piece well. Put it all in a large ziploc bag and into the fridge for at least 24 hours. Then start this video at the 1:40 markerĀ http://youtu.be/nUayR2hcf-g I used metal skewars to hang mine. I put foil on the bottom rack and put it all the way low. I hung the meat from the highest rack setting. I could fit 2 lbs on the rack easily. I set my oven to 170 F (lowest before "warm" setting). At 10 hours it was crispy... like bacon. I don't know how long it stays good because we eat it pretty fast here ;)
