Basic Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients: 

8 oz. GF noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 c butter or margarine
1 1/4 c light cream or half & half, divided
3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 t. pepper
Pinch of salt


Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in 3/4 c cream. Cook, stirring constantly, 2-3 min. Add noodles to skillet. Stir in remaining 1/2 c cream, cheese, and spices. Stir 1 minute.
