Ingredients: 

1 1/2 lbs wild-caught Salmon fillet
1/2 C quality mayonnaise
2 Tb sour cream
3 oz grated fresh Parmesan cheese
6 Tb green onion, minced
3 Tb fresh herbs, chopped (basil, dill)
2 Tb red bell pepper, minced
1/2 lemon, juiced
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
