Ingredients: 

3/4 cup Bisquick® Gluten Free mix
1/3 cup lactose free milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley


  1. In a small bowl, stir dumpling ingredients with a fork until blended. Gently drop dough by 8 rounded spoonfuls onto boiling homemade chicken soup.   Cook uncovered, over low heat for 10 minutes.  Cover, and cook for 15 more minutes.
